Privacy Policy

We collect what you send us so we can train your player and get back to you. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it. If you want your details removed, email us and we will remove them.

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your player's age, the program you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message.

When you pay for a session, Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number, your player's name, and your payment details. Card numbers go to Stripe directly. They never reach this website and we never see them.

When anyone visits the site, our host records ordinary technical information such as the page requested, the time, the browser type and the network address it came from. That is standard server logging, and we use it to keep the site running.

To reply to your inquiry, to plan and schedule training that fits your player, to take payment for sessions, to keep a record of what was bought and what was agreed, and to keep the site working and free of spam.

We ask for a player's name and age because coaching a nine-year-old and coaching a seventeen-year-old are different jobs. We do not need anything else about your child, and we do not ask for it.

Stripe processes payments and stores the payment and booking record. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

smtp.com delivers the emails the site sends, which means inquiry messages and payment notifications pass through their service on the way to our inbox.

Cloudflare runs the check on the contact form that tells a person from an automated script. It receives the network address of whoever submits the form.

Vercel hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above.

Google Analytics tells us how many people visit and which pages they read. It uses cookies and reports in aggregate; we do not use it to identify individual people, and we do not link it to your inquiry or your booking.

We do not share your information with anyone else, and nobody buys it from us.

This site is written for parents and guardians, not for children, and we ask that only an adult uses the contact form or books a session.

The only information we hold about a player is the name and age a parent gives us, plus anything a parent chooses to tell us about an injury or a medical condition so that training is safe. We use it to coach, and for nothing else.

Photographs of players are a separate matter. We ask a parent before using a photograph of their child on this site or on our social accounts, and a parent can tell us to stop at any time.

Inquiry emails stay in our business mailbox unless you ask us to delete them.

Payment and booking records stay with Stripe and in our records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which in practice is several years.

Server logs and analytics are kept for the retention periods our host and Google apply by default.

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we have to keep a payment record for tax purposes.

You can block cookies in your browser, which stops the analytics. The site works normally without them.

The site runs over an encrypted connection, payment details go straight to Stripe rather than through us, and access to the business mailbox and the Stripe account is limited to the two people who run the business and the developer who maintains the site.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can say is that we hold very little: there is no customer database on this website, and no card details anywhere in it.

If this policy changes, the version and date below change with it. Material changes will be described at the top of this page rather than slipped in quietly.
